Description

The fourth-floor location of this two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo at Beachplace provides the most breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The ability to hear the surf and to watch the sunset from inside the unit or on the lanai is truly wonderful.

Feast your eyes on the full ocean view that can be seen from the large living area. A formal dining table for 6 guests is situated between the living area and the galley-style kitchen. The chef of the group has a view of the action through a passthrough space in the breakfast nook that also allows 2 guests to be seated. Just off the living area is a balcony which is perfect for sipping your morning coffee. **The addition of new furniture was done post listing, please check back in the coming months for updated photos.

A large Master Suite with an en suite bathroom has an incredible full ocean view. Stay in bed all day enjoying mesmerized by the waves or exit to the balcony directly from the bedroom through your personal patio door. A tiled walk-in shower in the en suite bathroom allows sand and salt to be easily rinsed away, leaving you feeling refreshed.

Two twin beds furnish the second guest room. The guests have access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Beach Song has many shared amenities. The pool, library, and recreation rooms are all nearby. Best of all, the beach is only steps away.
