Bayside Escape

Feel at ease when you stay at Bayside Escape, a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom villa with a private pool and boat dock.

Upon entering Bayside Escape you’ll notice a lounge area with a ping pong table, a flat-screen tv, and a dining table. This space is great for teens that would like to stay up a little later than the adults while keeping them entertained. This ground-level lounge area leads out onto the pool deck where you’ll find a private pool and spa. The pool overlooks the bay and private boat dock.

After taking either the stairs or the elevator to the second floor, you’ll be greeted by the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The fully equipped kitchen has updated appliances and a large island with seating for 4. The living area opens out onto a balcony where guests may choose to dine at the outdoor dining table. There are 2 king-sized bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms, and a laundry room on this level.

On the third floor, the additional 3 bedrooms can be found. A king-sized bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a Master Suite with balcony access and an en suite bathroom, and a fun bunk room for the kids (also with an en suite bathroom). The palatial Master Suite has a seating area and a wet bar. The Master Bathroom has not only a walk-in shower but a soaker tub as well.

The fun rooftop deck allows guests to see for miles and miles while enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Bayside Escape is located by the free trolly for quick access to the entire island. The gulf is just a quick boat ride away, and the beach is just a few blocks away.
