When you enter the home through the front door, the first thing you’ll notice is the impressive open concept design, which creates the illusion of a much larger space than this ground-level home actually is.

The kitchen is equipped with a full set of stainless-steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and a massive island with seating for six. The dining room, located adjacent to the kitchen, features a large, yet simple dining table with seating for eight guests. Additional chairs line the wall in case guests exceed eight for a meal.

The living room is located to the left of the kitchen, beneath incredible vaulted ceilings. It comes equipped with a massive L-shaped couch, a lounge chair, and large flat-screen television. The color scheme and décor of the house contribute to the feeling of openness, brightness, and airiness.

Bahama Mama features 2 master suites with adjoining master bathrooms. The east wing contains 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, while the west wing contains a master bedroom with a master bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms sharing the main bathroom. The generous kitchen, dining, and living areas connect the two wings. A bathroom is located adjacent to the backyard and pool area. The patio and bedrooms both feature wifi-enabled flat-screen televisions.

The backyard is likely where the majority of your perfect Florida vacation will be spent. It includes a large private pool and spa that are heated when possible between the months of November and April. Also included are two grills, an outdoor dining set, lounge chairs, and additional seating, as well as a life-size chess set! As if that weren’t enough, the home is located just steps from Anna Maria Island’s white sand beaches and Gulf views. Additionally, it is close to local shops and restaurants.
