The large hot tub comfortably accommodates your entire company; relax and let the warm water wash away your cares! You can even cook outside on the charcoal BBQ provided and dine among the tropical vegetation.

Add a little sand and sea to the mix! You’ll be situated in the warm white sand, looking out over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, in less than a five-minute stroll. If you’re feeling energetic, take a 10-minute stroll along Gulf Drive to browse the shops and grab a bite to eat. Alternatively, you can board the Island Trolley at a station just four homes away and ride it from Pine Avenue to Coquina Beach.

Inside, you’ll discover a lovely combination of homey amenities and elegant finishing touches. On the huge flat-screen TV in the living area, you can watch cable channels or your preferred streaming service. The kitchen is light and airy, with an expansive island accommodating seating, a double oven, and a glass cooktop. The 8-top dining table can comfortably seat your complete company.

With a king bed, TV, and en suite bath, the master bedroom is spacious and inviting. By closing the barn door on the living room, the second bedroom, which has a king bed, can be used as a second master suite. The washer and dryer are stashed away in the hall closet, and there is a full bathroom just across the little hall. Two twin bunk beds with trundles and a TV can be found in the third bedroom.
