Aqua Escape

Welcome to Aqua Escape! The main living area features 2 bedrooms, both with king beds and en suite bathrooms. There is also the main Great-room which features a full kitchen, a spacious living room with plenty of seating, and HDTV. The kitchen is open and expansive with top-end appliances and gorgeous cabinetry. There is seating for all around the table and the dine-in island.
Up to the next floor, there are 5 more bedrooms and bathrooms. 4 bedrooms have king beds and en suite bathrooms. The other bedroom has a full over full bunk with a trundle and an en suite bathroom here as well! Each bedroom has been professionally decorated and features an HDTV. 

The outdoor space has been transformed into a private oasis. Here you will find a covered patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. One of the best features here is the beautiful heated pool and private spa. There is plenty of Florida sun but also the option of shade. This home features a privacy fence around the house.

If the views are what you want, then head on up to the rooftop deck here to get a birds-eye view of Anna Maria Island as well as the Gulf and Bay waterways. There is no better spot to enjoy the sunset here in your own slice of paradise!

The location is just as great as the home! The walk to the beach is about 2-3 minutes and is very easy to make with the home’s provided beach wagon to carry all of your beach equipment. There is also a 24-hour convenience store a block away for all the last-minute items you find yourself needing!

And exploring the island is a breeze. You can easily rent a bike, take the AMI trolley, or walk to fantastic restaurants and shopping on the island.
