Guests who enjoy entertaining will fall in love with this home.  The main living room is appointed with plush carpeting, an L-shaped sofa, and leather armchairs. and a sleek glass-top coffee table, all of which are arranged in front of a flat-screen television. This bright living area is framed by a wall of sliding glass doors that open to a second-story balcony. A soothing blue accent wall, soaring ceilings, and elegant attention to detail combine to create a relaxing space. This open-concept living area flows effortlessly into the formal dining room and gourmet kitchen.

The gourmet kitchen, which is modern and fully stocked, makes it simple to store groceries and prepare homemade meals. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a double sink, a dishwasher, and breathtaking views are showcased in the kitchen. Coffee can be made in the Keurig and enjoyed on the balcony! The kitchen opens directly into a bright, windowed breakfast nook.
