Above The Sea is a beautifully furnished 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom, 16th-floor condo in Sunny Isles Beach.

Spend sun-soaked days at the complex sparkling pool, or walk just 6 minutes to dip your toes in the Atlantic. An abundance of convenient amenities and dining options are within an easy walk. During your stay, you will also enjoy access to a shared fitness center and tennis courts.

Entertain easily in the open living area, furnished with a plush sectional and chair. After a day at the beach, make some popcorn and watch favorite shows on the 55” cable TV and DVD player.

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the wooden table with seating for three. Or sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for five.

This one-story condo sleeps up to four guests, one bedroom and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Find comfort in the bedroom, furnished with a king bed. Kick back and relax with a new movie on the 32” cable TV. An en suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A convenient half-bath is located next to the front door.

Take in ocean views from the private 16th-story balcony, furnished with seating for four. When you’re not at the beach, soak up the sun at the year-round complex sparkling pool (4’ deep).

Guest amenities include beach chairs, complimentary Wi-Fi, a communal washer/dryer, access to a complex fitness center, hair salon, and shared tennis courts, and assigned parking for one vehicle in the complex garage. Above The Sea is accessible via an elevator.
