With a grand pool and a large 10-person spa, the patio features an oversized sun deck which is perfect for a chair and some relaxation in ankle-deep water. Just off the pool deck is the pool/game room with a refrigerator, ping pong table, foosball, pool table, couches, and a 1/2 bath! This is a perfect area for entertainment when you’re tired from swimming or want some fun entertainment for the family or kids.

The home features spacious bedrooms and an assortment of sleeping arrangements including 7 King bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms for incredible privacy, a Twin over Full Bunk with Twin Pull out Trundle Bedroom, a Queen Sleeper Sofa bed, and a Twin Sleeper sofa bed, sleeping a total of 22 people in beds.

There are 6 bedrooms on the 1st level of living, and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level of living (top floor). There are 2 living room spaces in this home, one on the 1st level of living, and the main living room, kitchen, and dining room great room on the 2nd level of living. The rooftop balcony is located directly off of this living room space, and it is perfect for entertaining and provides great views of the Siesta Key area.
