This is a large and beautiful coastal townhome, just a short walk from the award-winning beaches of Anna Maria Island. Our townhome offers a spacious open floor plan, with large sofas, free WiFi, and a 42″ flat-screen TV perfect for family movie nights.

The modern kitchen is updated with new appliances, including a double-door refrigerator and dishwasher and a jeweled work surface made from recycled crystal.

Our dining bar and dining room have a surfboard table and a screened lanai for outdoor dining under the fairy lights. The décor is cool and calm, with beautiful hardwood floors throughout, light pastels and vintage art, old surf posters, a gallery wall with contemporary lighting and furniture. There’s even a record player for old-school vinyl.

The King bedroom has a smart TV with Netflix and flat-screen TVs in the queen and twin rooms.

Enjoy the shared heated pool, just steps away! The ground floor deck has a gas barbecue range for juicy steaks or the day’s fresh catch off the city pier. It’s close to Holmes Beach’s quaint town center for shopping and dining. The garage has room for two cars.
