The beautiful open kitchen area has a breakfast bar and granite countertops, with ceramic tile throughout. The living room has access to a huge paver deck with a private heated pool, a large lawn, and a canal dock (height restriction for boat access). The dock also has a ladder for convenient access to kayaks and paddleboards that you bring or rent.

3 bedrooms feature king-sized beds while the 4th bedroom has two twins that are perfect for the kids or single guests.
