Bean Waiting For You is an elevated villa, located on the north end of Anna Maria Island and close to “Bean Point” and its magnificent beaches, will pull you back year after year!

Our three-bedroom, two-bath vacation villa is spacious, airy, inviting, and open. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and magnificent oak cabinetry.

Just down the hall from the living area are a queen master bedroom, a queen second bedroom, and the third bedroom with bunk beds (full bottom, twin top).

The living room’s full sliders open onto a front balcony for morning shade, while the back elevated terrace is sheltered in the evening. Spiral stairs lead to the backyard pool, which is surrounded by tropical landscaping. The terrace provides ample space for entertaining family and friends! The excellent outdoor space is completed by a seating area and a gas barbecue.

Full sliders open from the living room onto a front balcony for shade in the morning, and the rear elevated deck is shaded in the evening. Spiral stairs lead to the backyard pool surrounded by tropical landscaping, while the patio offers plenty of room to entertain family and friends! A seating area and gas grill finish out the fantastic outside space.
